Preparing the Land for a Stadium

Biulding a stadium downtown can be challenging due to tight areas of land and an excess of streets traveling over the proposed sight.  Below is a streemap of the proposed stadium sight.
The proposed sight shown above contains several small streets that can be removed once the land is bought out.  However, there is one large traffic bearing, Union Station St.  The street cannot be removed, but can be moved.  Moving the street would be much cheaper and easier because it eliminates the need for the stadium to be pushed north into land that cannot easily be bought, including a railroad yard and a food store.  Union Station St. could be moved by making the street travel parallel to Channelside Dr. until turning north onto the expanded Jefferson St.  This moving of the road will offer plenty of space for a stadium to fit on the land and also save the highly used road that is in the way.
